Requirements for the construction of transverse diagonal braces
The setting of transverse diagonal braces for double-row scaffolding shall comply with the following provisions: 1. The transverse diagonal braces shall be arranged continuously in a zigzag shape from the bottom to the top in the same interval. 2. For closed double-row scaffolding with a height of less than 24m, transverse diagonal braces may not be set. For closed scaffolding with a height of more than 24m, transverse diagonal braces shall be set every 6 spans in the middle, except for the corners. 3. Transverse diagonal braces must be set at both ends of the open double-row scaffolding. The two ends of the open scaffolding are weak links. Setting transverse diagonal braces at both ends and strengthening the connection with the main structure can improve the overall rigidity of this type of scaffolding.
Requirements for the construction of ramps
Ramps, or horse paths, are passages for people to go up and down. All kinds of people must walk on specially set pedestrian passages (ramps) when going up and down scaffolding, and are not allowed to climb scaffolding. The passage can be attached to the scaffolding or set up independently near the building. 1. The load on the poles at the ramp is often the largest because there are scaffolding boards and footboards at each level. Therefore, the stability of the poles at the ramp should be verified. If it is insufficient, the method of adding steel pipe poles or local unloading measures can be adopted. 2. The type of ramp for pedestrians and material transportation should be determined according to the following requirements (1) For scaffolding with a height of no more than 6m, a straight ramp should be adopted. (2) For scaffolding with a height of more than 6m, a zigzag ramp should be adopted.
3. Structural requirements for ramps: (1) The ramp should be attached to the external scaffolding or building; (2) Scissor braces must be installed on both sides, ends and the periphery of the platform of the ramp. For ramps with a width greater than 2 meters, a zigzag lateral support should be installed under the small crossbar under the scaffolding board; (3) The width of the material transport ramp should not be less than 1.5m, and the slope should be 1:6 (height: length); the width of the pedestrian ramp should not be less than 1m, and the slope should be 1:3; (4) Platforms should be set at the corners. Its width should not be less than the ramp width; (5) Railings and footboards should be installed on both sides of the ramp and the periphery of the platform. Horizontal diagonal bars, scissor braces and transverse diagonal braces should be added every two steps. 4. The structure of the ramp scaffolding board should comply with the following regulations: (1) When the scaffolding board is laid horizontally, a longitudinal support bar should be added under the horizontal bar, and the spacing between the longitudinal support bars should not be greater than 500mm; (2) When the scaffolding board is laid in parallel, the joints should be overlapped; the lower board head should press the upper board head, and the convex edges of the board head should be filled with triangular wood; (3) On the scaffolding boards of pedestrian ramps and material transport ramps, a non-slip wooden strip should be installed every 250-300mm, and the thickness of the wooden strip should be 20-30mm.
